Family mediation, led with expertise and care
Salam Mediation is an FMC-accredited practice helping families resolve matters of children, finances and divorce — with discretion, fairness and care, away from the courts.
Registered with the Family Mediation Council (FMC) and the College of Mediators.
How family mediation works
A clear, structured path from first meeting to a fair and workable agreement.
The MIAM
Each party attends an individual Mediation Information & Assessment Meeting, where the process is explained and its suitability for your situation is assessed.
Joint sessions
Together with your mediator — online or in person, in your preferred language — you work through child arrangements, finances and the matters that need resolving.
Reaching agreement
We help you record a fair, workable agreement and prepare any certificates or court forms (C100, Form A, FM1) required to formalise it.

In their words
Reflections from families we have supported through mediation.
“Grateful to Tawhid for helping us end a 5-year, stressful divorce in less than 3 months! We’d spent so much money with solicitors — so happy with the low fees from Salaam Mediation.”
“From the very first contact they were professional, approachable and understanding. They explained the whole process clearly, remained neutral and fair, and helped us communicate calmly.”
“Tawhid is extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond. Even after our sessions ended, I got a follow-up call to check the consent order had been sent. I’d 100% recommend Salam Mediation.”
“Tawhid was patient, professional and truly excellent. He made us feel comfortable throughout, listened equally to both sides, and offered thoughtful guidance toward our parenting goals.”
“From start to finish, Tawhid was professional, supportive and genuinely focused on a positive outcome. Communication was prompt and respectful — I always felt heard and understood.”
“Incredibly supportive, professional and approachable. He explains complex matters in a clear, simple way, and his calm, reassuring approach made a challenging process feel far more constructive.”
